How would you have fought World War II if you were the Germans?
Q. Hitler was too stupid to run an empire, far less a country. Reading some of his arrogant, blundering mistakes in Stalingrad, I am astounded by his criminal negligence. If he wasn't so idiotic, could Germany have won World War II? What would you have done?

A. Hitler had a well-equipped army, with some brilliant tacticians and military leaders, but he didn't pay any attention to their advice. The German army conquered almost all of Europe, and then Hitler made the incredible blunder of invading Russia. That was what took so much of the German resources, weakening their stranglehold on Europe, and their ability to withstand the D-Day invasion. If Hitler wouldn't have been so intent on the conquest of Russia and England, Europe would probably still be owned for the most part by Germany. Hitler didn't learn from history--Napoleon's invasion of Russia shows that it's far too big a country to conquer by invasion, especially when other countries, such as England are also at war.

Was it really possible to see airplanes during a full moon during World War II?
Q. Apparently missions during full moons during World War II were not ideal. I don't live in a place where I can experience the brightness of the moon (I live in a city). Does it really make a difference?
